We locate and access the tank
Our pump truck arrives at your property. If the access lid is buried, we probe and locate it without digging up the whole yard.
- 03
Tank pumped completely
We pump the tank to empty rather than pulling just the top layer. Removing the full volume clears the sludge layer where solids accumulate and shorten drain field life.
- 04
Inspection while the tank is open
With the tank empty, we inspect the inlet and outlet baffles, effluent filter, and tank walls. Most problems not visible from outside become obvious with the lid off.

Service report on the spot
Before we leave, you get a plain-language report on what we found. If anything needs attention, we tell you now with a price, not in a follow-up call.

Every three to five years for a typical household. Larger families, garbage disposals, and aeration systems generally push that toward the shorter end. Waiting until there is a problem usually means the drain field has already taken damage.
If you know the general area, we can probe for it. If you have no idea where the tank is, we can often locate it by tracing the exit line from the house or by checking the original septic permit record on file with the county. Give us the address and we will work from there.
If the cause is a full tank, yes. If the drain field has failed, pumping provides temporary relief but not a fix. We will tell you which situation you have while we are on site rather than leaving you to wonder.
