We have been at this since 2009. Over that time we have installed hundreds of septic systems, pulled the permits, coordinated the soil evaluations, and been the ones in the hole when the job runs. The owner is on most jobs. That is not a marketing line; that is how we stay sharp on what is actually happening in the ground.
Our service area covers Champaign County, Logan County, Miami County, Clark County, Union County Counties. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals. A septic system that holds up for thirty years is cheaper than one you have to dig up in ten.

Every system we install is built to the permit plans and inspected by the county health district before backfill. That inspection is not a formality: if it does not pass, the job does not close.
Our guarantee is straightforward. If workmanship or materials on our end cause a problem, we come back and fix it. We have been doing this long enough to know that corners caught early cost far less than callbacks.

Ohio Household Sewage Treatment
BS Farms and Contracting LLC is a licensed household sewage treatment system contractor in Ohio, approved to pull permits through the Ohio EPA household sewage disposal program. Every system is submitted for permit before excavation begins.
Excavation & Site Work
We operate as a licensed excavation and general contractor in Ohio. All heavy equipment is owned and operated by our crew. General liability and workers compensation insurance is carried on every job.
County Health District Approval
Each Ohio county we serve sets its own permit and inspection requirements. We work directly with the Champaign, Logan, Miami, Clark, and Union County health districts and are an approved installer in each.
