Locate and coordinate
Ohio law requires an OUPS 811 locate before we dig. We call it in, verify the main's size and material, and coordinate the tap with the water department.

Excavate and shore
We open the trench to the main, shore it to OSHA requirements, and expose enough pipe to work safely.

Make the tap
Saddle or sleeve mounted, valve attached, tapping machine cuts the coupon under pressure. Service never stops.

Run the service and test
Service line trenched to the building, curb stop set, line pressure tested and chlorinated, then inspected and backfilled.
