Walk the boundary
We confirm what is coming out and what is staying, flag property lines and any utilities, and note trees you want left standing.

Clear
Trees and brush come out with excavator and skid steer attachments. If there is merchantable timber, we can set it aside instead of chipping or burning it.
- 03
Grub the roots
We pull root balls rather than cutting at grade. Cut-and-leave stumps rot out over years and leave voids that cause settling later, whether the ground gets farmed, built on, or just mowed.

Clean up and finish
Debris is burned on site, chipped, or hauled off depending on your preference and local burn rules. We can grade and seed the ground when we are done.

We flag anything that looks like it needs a permit during the initial walk, before equipment shows up, so it does not stall the job partway through.
